GuchiSachi is an enlightening meditation designed to introduce or reintroduce you to your Chi, the source of your life. One simply way to understand the Chi is as your ‘inner energy.’ In this meditation, we are going to use breathing techniques, movement and music to get you to relax and be more in touch with your Chi. At GuchiSachi, our mission is to provide you with a dependable service that will enable you practice the act of knowing your Chi whether you are with us, at home or at work. Our intention, is to enable you act more with clear intention and clear conscience so that you can build an authentic life, step by step, and with integrity.
