Spirit of beauty

 We live on a beautiful planet.  All around us we are surrounded by beauty. However, many people do not appreciate the beauty of our planet or understand the degree of the beauty of our world.  At Guchisachi, our mission is to help you understand and deepen the beauty you see in your world. We want you to live in beauty. We recommend; 1. Practice meditation for at least about 20 minutes every day. 2.  Dance for about 30 minutes every day. Dance is our recommended form of exercise. 3. Eat more plants. Avoid or eliminate animal sources of protein. Beans such as black eye peas, garbanzo, and many vegetables are good sources of amino acids and other vitamins and minerals. Fish is our recommended animal source of protein.
